Research&Development

In our R&D department, all the works are decided to make;

· on the project basis, and

· with the methods depending on continuous research activity.

With this vision, We categorize these jobs in two main groups;

· development of the products under manufacture, and

· design of new products.

In all our project activities, we use all possibilities of CAD and CAM applications. Design of all parts, assemblies and casting molds and patterns are made by using 3D solid modeling programs, therefore;

· Technical drawings are obtained rapidly and thoroughly with high accuracy.

· CNC machining becomes applicable and more effective way for part and mold manufacturing.

· Structural analysis (simulation package in solid modeling program) is applied to the parts and assemblies for improving strength capabilities and optimizing material use on the part basis.

· CFD analysis (flow simulation) program is used to optimize the flow pattern for developing the flow conditions and efficiency of the product.

· All the flow characteristics of the product become cognoscible by applying CFD analysis to the assembly.

Finally, optimized design and manufacturing of products are realized by these facilities. In our system, AUTODESK Inventor Pro is used for solid modeling, and CFDesign is used for flow simulation.
