Production

All production steps from design to simulation, from patterns to jigs, from machining to all coating process are carried out at ÖZKAN's production facilities.

Both production plants in Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone are equipped with the technology to produce and test valves and other fittings between sizes DN150-DN3000 and pressure ratings up to PN40.

All raw materials are supplied from qualified suppliers who proved their performance and quality. The quality criteria and demands of customers are shared/controlled with the suppliers in order to ensure the quality and performance of products.

With its new investments, ÖZKAN keeps the perfectionist approach for flawless products and service.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
In two seperate plants with 14.500 m2 open and 10.000 m2 closed area, ÖZKAN designs and produces tailor made specific products with over 180 experienced personnel. With a steady increase every year, approximately 10.500 valves are produced each year.
